About Mona
From 1970 until 1985, Mona was a nurse.
Deciding to follow her dream, she attended a
grooming school in Bremen, Germany.
After she graduated, she opened her own shop.

The local paper featured an article about Mona.
In 1987, Mona and her family moved to the United States.
She was hired as the head groomer at the
Middletown grooming parlor
Cuts -n- Kennels in 1988,
which later became Mona-Lisa Pet Salon
after change of company ownership.
In January of 1995, Mona's Pet X-ing opened.
On February 10, 2009, Mona's Pet X-ing opened a new store in Highview.
